Lost & Broken

Lost and Broken aims to give a stage to some of the more leftfield local musical artists often ignored by more traditional "indie" orientated promoters. DOUBLEJO(H)NGREY themselves will be residents at the night, alongside an exciting selection of live bands, laptop acts and DJs drawn from the vibrant Manchester music scene and beyond.

DOUBLEJO(H)NGREY write, record and produce their own unique brand of sequencing, samples, synthesizers and guitars. Following a string of critically acclaimed EPs on independent labels, they recently unveiled a brand new download-only release, Lost and Broken Recordings, described by Drowned In Sound as "Macabre tales of Northern Grit" and "Their Best Record Yet" by Manchester Music.

This month’s special guests are TVH-3. Any regular patron of their Fiction, Non Fiction will know of these guys who's last live outing was just 1 song, but what a song it was! This time we have them doing a full set of completely new material. Plus a special laptop set from Oscar Wildstyle, one half of Modernaire..

If that wasn’t enough to be going on with, we are also very pleased to welcome guest DJ National Forest who will be manning the decks in between the live debauchery.
